Standard Shipping Times

United States: 10 to 15 business days (depending on the destination state).
Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may take longer to arrive, between 15 and 30 business days, due to their location and available shipping routes.
If an order includes items located in our international warehouse, the entire order will ship from that warehouse, so the estimated delivery time will be 10 to 15 business days.

International shipping: 10 to 15 business days.

Express Shipping Times

United States: 10 to 15 business days (depending on the destination state).

Processing Times

Orders may take 1 to 3 business days to process after being placed. Weekends are not considered business days.

Due to high order volume, processing times may be extended. During peak season, we kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have trouble locating it, feel free to reach out to our customer support team at support@elyrebeauty.com.

Holiday Delivery Notice

Due to high demand during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 1st. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.

In some cases, certain deliveries may take longer than the shipping times noted above. External factors beyond our control, such as international customs processing, weather conditions, or holidays, may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
